Preschoolers Group
Is your child gifted? To find out more, come to our pre-school play group. Gifted children need to be recognised and supported, challenged and extended, so that when they go to school, they don't give up on school, and school doesn't give up on them. The Like Minds Preschool group offers a range of activities, learning experiences and extension opportunities.
Your child does not have to be assessed as gifted to be able to attend this group nor do you have to be a CAGCY member to attend.
This is a great place to come along and find out more information, share stories, get advice in a friendly environment, and have a cuppa.
We meet during term time, Thursday afternoons, 1.00 - 2.30pm at Richmond Cottage, London Street (between Bealey Ave and Stanmore Road), Richmond.
Sessions are a mixture of structured and free creative play with a free puzzle and book library. The children enjoy the opportunity to interact with their intellectual peers, and parents welcome the support of others facing similar challenges and issues. Tea and coffee provided for adults. Gold coin donation appreciated.
